Veritroo Wholesale Policy

At Veritroo, a brand of Ultra Wellness Solutions Pty Ltd, we strive to provide our wholesale customers with efficient service and clear policies. Please read this policy carefully to understand how our wholesale service works.

1. Approved Accounts

Wholesale access is available to approved partners only. Veritroo reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

All wholesale pricing is provided upon approval and is subject to change.
Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

A minimum order of 10 units applies to all wholesale orders. 

4. Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP)

Partners agree to maintain Veritroo’s recommended retail pricing.

5. Sales Channels

Wholesale partners may not resell Veritroo products on:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Third-party marketplaces

6. Brand Representation

Partners agree to represent Veritroo in a way that aligns with our values of:

  • Quality
  • Transparency
  • Performance

7. Account Review

Veritroo reserves the right to review and revoke wholesale access if:

  • Pricing policies are breached
  • Brand alignment is not maintained
