At Veritroo, a brand of Ultra Wellness Solutions Pty Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with efficient service and clear policies regarding subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully to understand how our subscription service works.

Our subscriptions are designed to make consistency simple so you can stay on top of your health without interruption.

1. Subscription Benefits

When you choose a Veritroo subscription, you receive:

  • 30% off your first order
  • 10% off all ongoing deliveries
  • Free shipping Australia-wide

Our subscription offering may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our products or promotions.

2. How Subscriptions Work

When you select a subscription, you agree to receive your chosen products at your selected delivery frequency (e.g. every 30 or 60 days).

Your order will be automatically processed and shipped according to this schedule.

3. Minimum Commitment

To access our subscription benefits, a minimum commitment of two (2) orders is required.

This means:

  • Your first order (30% off), and
  • One subsequent order (10% off)

Cancellations can be made after this minimum commitment has been fulfilled.

4. Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Veritroo to charge your nominated payment method automatically prior to each shipment.

  • Your first order will be charged at 30% off
  • Your second and future orders will be charged at 10% off the standard retail price
  • Charges occur at the interval you select
  • Pricing may change from time to time, but any updates will apply to future orders only

5. Managing Your Subscription

You’re always in control.

You can:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip a delivery
  • Update your delivery frequency
  • Change your shipping details or payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

These changes can be made at any time through your account or by contacting our team on hello@veritroo.com.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription after your minimum two-order commitment has been completed.

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • Your order will not be shipped
  • We may retry the payment using your saved payment method

Please ensure your payment details are kept up to date to avoid interruptions.

9. Changes to Subscriptions

We may update subscription pricing, benefits or terms at any time.

This includes changes to:

  • Discount percentages
  • Shipping offers
  • Product availability

Any changes will apply to future orders only.
