Supplements

Supplements can support a healthy lifestyle and diet. However, if you’re not sure if you should start taking them, we always recommend you start with a visit to your healthcare provider.

Veritroo is an Australian-owned and made company. All our supplements are manufactured in Queensland.

Many supplements contain hidden, inactive ingredients called excipients. These are ingredients other than the active ingredient and are not required by law in Australia to be disclosed. As a wellness company who prioritises transparency and pure wellness, our vitamins and supplements are excipient-minimised. When we do use excipients, we use the most natural choices.

All our products are TGA-listed after undergoing careful third-party testing including the physical, microbiological, heavy metals, and purity of the active ingredients. We are dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to pure, clean supplements without any nasty extra ingredients.

You can find our product listings, including active ingredients and excipients on the TGA website.

Store your supplements in a cool, dry space, away from direct sunlight.

Shipping

Domestic orders

For orders over $110, Veritroo provides free shipping within Australia. For Australian orders under $110, a flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 applies for standard shipping.

International orders

Veritroo ships internationally to New Zealand, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding these fees.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on supplements due to a change of mind.

We will accept returns if, on the rare occasion, your product is faulty or damaged. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be returned to us in the same condition you received it or with proof of the fault.

Supplements terminology

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is the regulatory body in Australia responsible for overseeing the safety and quality of therapeutic goods like supplements. The TGA makes sure products meet strict standards before they are sold to the public.

Unbuffered simply means that the active ingredient of the supplement has not been mixed (buffered) with another form of the main ingredient. For example, many magnesium glycinate supplements have been buffered with cheaper, less absorbable forms of magnesium, leading to an impure product. Our unbuffered supplements provide a highly bioavailable, clean product.

Bioavailability is another way of discussing a supplement’s absorbability. It refers to the amount of a supplement that enters the bloodstream when taken. Supplements with a high bioavailability give you better health results as more of the product is being absorbed by the body, allowing it to process it for maximum effect.
